Teams Planning to Attend

The KING of the City tournament is designed to help DEVELOPING wrestling programs in So

Cal. First and/or second year overall experience, no youth/freestyle/club experience TRUE

NOVICE beginner level wrestling FRESHMAN and SOPHOMORES. Please, NO CIF qualifiers,

no league/CIF placers/champions, please. The Wrestling Tournament will be on Track Wrestling.

DOUBLE ELIMINATION FORMAT FOR “BIG BRACKETS”

ROUND ROBIN FOR LESS THAN 5 PERSON BRACKETS

(NO SEEDING ALL WEIGHTS WILL BE RANDOM DRAW)

NOVICE(true beginners) WRESTLERS WELCOME

$300 per team (up to 14 wrestlers) plus $30 per individual

1ST PLACE: Cup Trophy & medal 2ND PLACE: MEDAL 3RD PLACE: MEDAL

In Los Angeles, many have come to rule the City. Only one young man will reign over the CIty

this Fall. The winner of this tournament will be known as: KING OF THE CITY

There will be coaches' hospitality and an EMT on site.

Snack Bar will be provided.
