Coaches,  Costa Mesa High School will be hosting scrimmages on the following dates:  Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 15th,  20th, 22nd, 27th &  29th We will be in the small gym, which sits next to the wrestling room outside of campus, behind the big gym near the solar panels.  I've attached the map for the location of the small gym and parking. Location:   Costa Mesa High School                    2650 Fairview Rd,                         Costa Mesa, CA 92626 Time:          Warm Up 5:45 - 6:30PM                      Live Matches 6:30PM - 8PM DIv/Levels     Girls                          Boys FS/JV                          Boys Varsity Time period    1:2:2   Format:    Wrestlers will be divided up into the divisions above. Coaches will help pair up their wrestlers with kids near the same weight and different schools each round.  One side of the gym will be Varsity, the other JV/FS, and the Wrestling room (attached to small gym) will be for the Girls. Your wrestlers should get anywhere from 1 to 8 matches in that period—just a matter of how ambitious they are to compete. No Weigh-ins will be conducted.  Some schools may be on the dead period; if so, just let your wrestlers know they can still attend without you.  I will have a trainer on duty.   Fee:  $5 per wrestler    $50 per team of 11+    We will accept Cash, Venmo or Team Booster check (Costa Mesa HS Wrestling) at the door   Cell #:           For Details contact                       Scott Glabb 714-609-6607                       Costamesawrestling@gmail.com Small Concessions with drinks & snacks will be available for purchase.

Coaches, I wanted to invite you and your team to the 9th Annual Lady Apache Invitational Tournament that will take place on Friday and Saturday January 12th-13th, 2024 at Sanger High School in Sanger, CA. Our tournament has grown every year and last year we had such a high interest in our tournament to where we have been approved to move to a 2-Day Event. This decision has been a long time coming. Last year’s Lady Apache Invitational had 31 State qualifiers and 12 State placer winners compete in the tournament which included 3 CA State Champions. 30 out of the 56 Central Section State Qualifiers competed in last year’s tournament. We are excited to move forward and keep competition at a high level. Attached is the information and contract for the tournament. We look forward to hosting you in Sanger! Depending on how full the brackets are wrestlers that do not make weight may not be able to bump up due to the brackets being full.
