Format: Bracket wrestling for any weight with 7 or more girls & pool wrestling for any weight with 6 or less, we will medal to 4thplace.

This is an excellent opportunity to get your first-year wrestler some early quality mat time and wrestling experience. Depending on entries, your team will wrestle between 3-5 times.
Please limit your rosters to novice wrestlers only those who have little or no varsity experience.
No Master or CIF qualifier

Cost: $250.00 Per Team (10-16 wrestlers) Individual Wrestlers $25.00

Weigh-ins: 7:00-9:00 AM in the South High Gym/Locker room

Please submit rosters before Thursday 11/18/2021 at 6 pm.

More than one wrestler allowed per weight class

Tentative Schedule: Wrestling will start at 10:00 am

Awards:

· Medals for 1st-4th place wrestlers in each weight class based on wins and loses from pool wrestling, Tie breaker criteria to be determined. bracket placing depending on bracket size will wrestle back for 3rd, if bigger than 12 girls will have to make Semi-Finals to place top 4

Additional Info:

· Wrestling will take place on 3 mats with 2-minute periods

· There will be concessions provided all day and complimentary lunch for coaches and referees will be provided.
