Aliso Niguel HS in Aliso Viejo CA (South Orange Country- Southern Section) is searching for a co-head Boys coach who is willing to coach our varsity team in both practices and meets. As the current head coach, I am looking to scale back my responsibilities and bring on a young coach who wants to work with a talented group of athletes and help them reach their full potential. I plan to stay on and help with the logistics, do all the behind the scenes work, and can assist with practices but would like to scale back my active coaching and be more available for my own family during the season. We have a boys team of around 65 athletes, are a returning CIF dual meet finalist team (with 9 of those athletes returning), and have 2 returning Masters qualifiers. We also have two wrestling rooms and a very supportive administration and booster club. I have been head coach for 16 years now and I will be around for a while longer to assist with my own kids in the program.
