Hey fellow arm wrestling enthusiasts!
I've been practicing (arm wrestling)[https://thearmwrestle.com/] for a while now, and I'm looking to take my technique to the next level. I've participated in a few local competitions and want to compete at a higher level. However, I'm hitting a plateau, and I believe my technique might be holding me back.
Specifically, I'm struggling with maintaining wrist control and keeping my elbow on the pad during matches. I also have a hard time countering opponent's moves effectively.
I'd love to hear your insights and tips on improving these aspects of my arm wrestling game. What exercises or drills have helped you with wrist control? How do you train to keep your elbow down, and what strategies do you use to counter your opponent's moves effectively?
Any advice, personal experiences, or recommended resources (books, videos, etc.) would be greatly appreciated. Let's help each other become better arm wrestlers!
