Coaches,

We are hosting a Girls Varsity Tournament to honor the memory of one of our Coaches who passed away in December of 2020. Coach Phirom “Peeh” Muon was passionate about teaching, mentoring and coaching the sport he loved; Wrestling. He touched so many lives, dedicating his time as a volunteer coach and promoting wrestling throughout Long Beach.

Tournament Information

Varsity Girls 16/24-Woman Brackets, depending on the number of entries.

Team Entry Fee: $400 per team (up to 16) or $40 per wrestler

Registration: Link to google form will be sent out via email to coaches that have sent in signed contracts.

Seeding: Pre-Seeds will be based on registration information received prior to the tournament day. Final seeds will be discussed/challenged during the coaches meeting at 8:45am.

Location: Millikan HS Gym, 2800 Snowden Ave, Long Beach, CA 90815

Weigh-ins: Saturday 7:00 – 8:00 am

Weights: 102, 107, 112, etc. (2 lb. allowance)

Wrestling: Starts Saturday 9:30 am to completion of the tournament – 6 Mats

Awards: 1st, 2nd, & 3rdplace team trophies and 1st, 2nd, & 3rdplace individual medals. Upper, Middle, and Lower weight MVP Awards. Champion of Champions Award.
